Routes in

How to access Torzon Market

An onion address only opens inside a Tor client. Below are the routes by device, with the effort each takes and the realistic risk it carries. There is no single right answer, only the right one for the machine in front of you.

01

Desktop: Windows, macOS, Linux

Install Tor Browser from the Tor Project. The source matters more than the version; a repackaged copy from a random site is how most leaks start.

  • Run it and wait for the connection to turn green in the top right.
  • Paste one of the addresses from the list above into the address bar and press Enter.
  • The first load of an onion can take 30 to 90 seconds. Let one attempt finish before you try again.
  • Set the security level to Safe or higher in the shield menu before your first login.

Does not fix: The OS still sees that Tor is running and can see your traffic volume. It cannot see the destination.

02

Android phone

Install Tor Browser for Android from F-Droid or the Play Store. It reaches the same mirrors as the desktop build.

  • Open it, wait for the green connection, paste the address.
  • Keep the app in the foreground while a page loads; aggressive battery savers kill the circuit.

Does not fix: A phone is the weakest option: a smaller screen means one missed character in an address, and phones accumulate more tracking over time.

03

iPhone and iPad

There is no official Tor Browser for iOS. Use Onion Browser from the App Store, which runs the same Tor engine.

  • Install it, allow the local network prompt if asked, paste the address.
  • iOS backgrounds apps aggressively; keep the app open while the onion resolves.

Does not fix: It works, but iOS shows you less of what is happening and gives you fewer controls than the other platforms.

04

Tails USB stick

Tails boots from a USB stick and forgets everything when you shut down. Tor is built in, so there is no setup.

  • Download the Tails ISO, verify the signature, write it to a stick with Etcher.
  • Boot from the stick, choose the default Tor connection, open the browser, paste the address.

Does not fix: The strongest option on a machine you do not trust. It does not protect you from a fake address; you still have to check the address bar.

05

Whonix

Whonix runs two virtual machines: a gateway that carries the Tor connection and a workstation that never touches it directly. An app in the workstation cannot leak your real address even if it is compromised.

  • Install VirtualBox, import the Whonix gateway and workstation images, start both.
  • Use the workstation browser to open the address.

Does not fix: The most thorough setup here. The cost is the time to build it and the resources it uses.

06

A network that blocks Tor

Some networks and some countries block ordinary Tor entry nodes. Bridges are unlisted relays that get through. Tor Browser ships with built-in obfs4 bridges.

  • In Tor Browser, open the menu, then Expert Settings.
  • Enable Use a bridge and pick obfs4. The built-in bridge is usually enough.
  • If it still will not connect, request a bridge by email from the bridge page on torproject.org.

Does not fix: Bridges get the connection through; they do not hide you from the network you are on, and they do not fix a fake address.

On public or untrusted wifi. A cafe or hotel network can see that you are using Tor and can see how much data you send. It cannot see which onion you open. The two habits that matter more than any setting: use a bridge if the network is hostile, and check the address bar before you sign in.
